EBT file in the flash that should be loaded or deleted. When
the cacEbtCommand MIB item is set to either load-ebt or
delete-ebt, the CAC software attempts to load or delete the
EBT file named ebXXXXX.bin from flash, where XXXXX is the
value cacCommandEbtId padded to five digits with leading zeros.
The value zero (0) is not a valid EBT file ID code and is
reserved to indicate that EBT file ID code has not been specified.
