This table supports 'conceptual row creation' according
to section 3.2(3) of RFC 1212: To add a new row to
this table, a management station must provide a value
for the new instance of the ipDNSServerAddress
object, and may, in addition, provide a value for
the corresponding instance of the ipDNSServerStatus
object. If no value is supplied for the corresponding
instance of the ipDNSServerStatus object, its value
will default to 'valid(1)'.
