to section 3.2(3) of RFC 1212: To add a new row to
this table, a management station must provide a value
for at least one of the new instances of the
ipStaticRouteEnable, ipStaticRoutePriority,
ipStaticRouteMetric, ipStaticRouteAdvertise,
and ipStaticRouteStatus objects. If no value is
supplied for the new instance of one of these objects,
its value will default to 'enabled(1)', 20,
1, 'dontAdvertise(2)', and 'valid(1)', respectively.
