This mib implements extensions to the entity mib to support reporting
of failure status for switch components and to support configuration locking.
Configuration locking is a feature that allows the configuration of a switch
to be recorded. If, at some point in time, the actual switch configuration
does not match the recorded configuration, snmp traps are generated and entries
are recorded in the failure table.
