The LLC Destination SAP value for the partner PU.
For SNA typically the destination is almost
always SAP 4. However both Host Front Ends
(e.g. 3745) or Gateways (e.g. 3174) allow SAPs
to be configured for any value betwee 0x04 and
0xEC as long as the SAP ID is a user assignable
individual SAP ID (any value evenly divisable
by 4).
This field is not applicable to all cases. It
returns a dummy value.
This parameter defaults to a value of 4.
