A value of 0 means mirroring is disabled.
Mirroring is enabled by setting this variable to
the ifNumber of the port to which mirroring will
apply and by setting ringswitchBaseRMONState to
'enable'.
When mirroring is enabled, the Ringswitch sends
all RMON related traffic to the mirror port (except
for MAC frames).
