"This variable control the behaviour of the log when the log shall
become full. Possible values are wrap (1) and halt (2). The default
value shall be wrap.
Note that this variable does not affect to the behaviour of trap ids
used in alarm traps. I.e. when log is in halt mode, trap ids are
incremented by 1 in each trap emitted by the NE."
