The report tables are maintained as a FIFO to preserve freshness, thus the rows in this table can be deleted for memory constraints or other implementation constraints determined by the vendor. New rows have different RprtIndex values than those deleted within the range limitation of the index. One easy way is to monotonically increase RprtIndex for new reports being written in the table.
