DESCRIPTION
"The number of MIPv6 datagrams received from the
mobile node by the MIPv6 entity. This will include
the datagrams with the Mobility Header or
the Home Address option in the Destination
Option extension header (Next Header value = 60).
It will also include the IPv6 datagrams that are
reverse tunneled to a home agent from the mobile
node\s home address.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
mip6NodeCtrDiscontinuityTime.
