DESCRIPTION
"The total number of mobility messages, i.e., IPv6
datagrams with Mobility Header, received by the
mobile node. There are 5 types of mobility
messages, viz., Home Test, Care-of Test, Binding
Acknowledgment, Binding Refresh Request, and Binding
Error, that are sent to mobile nodes.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can
occur at re-initialization of the management system,
and at other times as indicated by the value of
mip6CounterDiscontinuityTime.
