Indicates metrics used to choose among multiple
AS-external LSAs. When RFC1583Compatibility is set to
enabled, only cost will be used when choosing among
multiple AS-external LSAs advertising the same
destination. When RFC1583Compatibility is set to
disabled, preference will be driven first by type of
path using cost only to break ties.
This object is persistent and when written
the entity SHOULD save the change to non-volatile
storage.
