This table is identical to the OSPF LSDB Table
in format, but contains only link-local Link State
Advertisements for non-virtual links. The purpose is
to allow link-local LSAs to be displayed for each
non-virtual interface. This table is implemented to
support type-9 LSAs that are defined
in 'The OSPF Opaque LSA Option'.
