An indication of the state of the Laser Enable control
(applicable to a Transmitter only). A write to this
object with a value of 2 will enable the laser and
a consequent read will return 'snmpEnabled'. Writing
any other value will release the snmp control and now
a read will be dependant on the state of LK4.
