Interface table, which is the maximum number of IP interfaces
that can be configured for the AAC-3. These interfaces do not
necessarily map one-to-one to the IP interfaces in the MIB-II
ifTable. Individual entries in the confIpTable are numbered 1
through confIpIndexMax (inclusive). This variable does not tell
how many confIpTable entries are actually in use by valid
configured IP interfaces, as not every entry in the table is
necessarily filled.
