The URL of the remote host/file to be used for the transfer
operation. TFTP is the only service supported. Hosts must be
specified in dotted-decimal notation. When enabling the
transfer server for 'get' or 'put' file transfer operations,
the URL is used only to identify the IP address of the remote
client host; the file portion of the URL is ignored in this
case.
