DESCRIPTION
"The current state of history collection for this
usrHistoryExtObjectEntry.
When the state is enabled, each sampled value will be
added to the history.
When the state is disabled, sampled values will not
be added to the stored history. Instead usrHistoryValStatus
in the usrHistoryTable will be set to valueNotAvailable(1) for only
this object. Other objects being sampled under this control entry
will not be affected by this.
The state instanceNotAvailable indicates that trending is enabled
for this object but the specified object is not available in the mib view.
By default it is set to enabled, although sampling for this entry
will not start till usrHistoryControlStatus is set to valid."
