    The encapsulation protocol (TCP port number) used
    by an application to encapsulate RTSP packets. If an application
    uses HTTP as the encapsulation protocol, this field should be set
    to 80(TCP port number of HTTP protocol). The default value of
    this field is 554 (the TCP port number of RTSP). The default
    value shall be used, when the application does not encapsulate
    RTSP packets or when the application shall not be classified when
    it uses any encapsulation.
