"\"The DEI value to use in the generated frames. It is only used when TrafficType is set to customerSimulated. In the Y.1731 OAM case, the requested CoS along with the policer's color mode, is used to determine which DEI to use in the tag for the OAM_TS_STATUS traffic. Also, the value is only used when an outer tag is required in the frame. Two flows (a green and a yellow) will be generated if the classified DP is controllable with the DEI-bit. Otherwise (as for untagged frames), only one single flow will be generated. If set to 2: ------------------------- Case #1: If the ECE matches on a specific DEI-value, then that value will be used and only one single frame flow will be generated. Case #2 and #3 below are in action when the ECE matches any DEI value. Case #2: If the policer is not color-aware or if the ECE's action's Drop Precedence (DP) is 0 or 1, injected frames will get this DP no matter the DEI value in the frame. In this case, software will always generate one frame flow for this ECE, and make sure the frame's DEI is set so that a match occurs. Case #3: If the policer is color-aware and the ECE's action's DP is 'disabled', injected frames will get a classified DP according to the port configuration. The software looks into the current port configuration and if the generated frame's <PCP, DEI = 0> gives the same DP as <PCP, DEI = 1>, then one single frame flow is generated. Otherwise, a green frame flow with DEI = the-value-causing-DP-to-become-0 and a yellow frame flow with DEI = the-value-causing-DP-to-become-1 are generated. If set to value in range [0; 1]: -------------------------------------------------------- Only one single frame flow will be generated with DEI set to the specified value, provided that the ECE matches on this DEI. Otherwise an error will be returned. If set to any other value: -------------------------- An error will be returned.\"",
