The RTT of jitter packets is accumulatively not in the range fsNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through fsNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit for a number of times specified in fsNqaReactThresholdAccumNum in one test. This notification is valid only when fsNqaReactActionType is 'trapOnly' or 'trapAndTrigger' and pingCtlType of the test is fsNqajitter or fsNqaTwampLight.
