The average of DS in one jitter test is not in the range fsNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through fsNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit and the fsNqaReactThresholdType is specified as 'average' type. 2. The average of DS in one jitter test is accumulatively not in the range fsNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through fsNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit for a number of times specified in fsNqaReactThresholdAccumNum and the fsNqaReactThresholdType is specified as 'accumulative' type.
