This variable identifies the time-out value that is to be
used by the subagent during subtree registration. If this
value is set to zero, the default value identified by the
master agent will be used. If the value specified exceeds
the current maximum that the master agent allows, the master
agent's maximum will be used instead. This value is specified
in seconds.

Set-requests: Take effect at next process
start-up
