This object gives the current operational state of the Fibre Channel controller, valid values are - down(0): The controller is in down state. up(1): The controller is in up state. If coiFibreChanControllerAdminStatus is down(0) then coiFibreChanControllerOperStatus should be down(0). If coiFibreChanControllerAdminStatus is changed to up(1) then coiFibreChanControllerOperStatus should change to up(1), provided the controller is operational and ready to transmit traffic. It should remain in down(0) if there is a fault that prevents it from going to the up(1) state.
Status in source: current.
