Enumerates the threshold for the size of an EVS
database file, which when exceeded causes an alarm
to be issued. The specified value is in bytes,
i.e. a value of 100 indicates that an alarm will be
omitted when a DB file exceeds 100 bytes in size.
A seperate database file is used for each calendar
day.
