This object is used to enable or disable the recording of
ATM CBR SVCs.
For Intra-network CBR SVCs, the switch will generate
usage data for the SVC if and only if the parameter is set
to intraenabled(3) and the corresponding logical port CBR
Recording parameter is set to enabled or study.
This parameter also support CBR recording for
inter-network SVCs in the future.
The default value of this object is intraenabled(3).
