The PAD uses the retry timer on autoconnect calls to attempt to
establish the data call if a previous try is unsuccessful or if an
established data call is cleared. On a dial port, the retry timer
value must be less than the value of the dial port CALL timeout option
that applies to all dial ports. This parameter is used only when an
Autoconnect selection command has been specified.
