The value of this object is used to enable the
Reliable Virtual Circuit service. The authorized
values are :
off : no RVC, the VCs are considered as normal
VCs, no particular processing,
clear : RVCs are not allowed for the
subscriber, each attempt to establish a
RVC provokes a clear of the connection,
subscribe : all calls transmitted by the
subscriber establish RVCs, it is also
possible to receive calls with RVC option,
check :
for a link to a subscriber : when a call with
RVC option is received, a RVC is
established
for a link to a network : the RVC option is
ignored when it is present in a call sent
by a local subscriber, the connection is
cleared when the RVC option is present in
a call sent by the network.
The default value is 'off'.
