    It is written by the SME when a management report is completed.

    This attribute contains a signed integer indicating the maximum level of the collocated interference power in units of dBm over all receive chains averaged over a 4 s period during an interference period and across interference bandwidth. When the interference level is unknown, the field is set to +127 dBm. When the interference level is equal or greater than 126 dBm, the field is set to +126 dBm. If no collocated interference is present the field is set to -128 dBm. When the interference level is equal or lower than -127 dBm, the field is set to -127 dBm. The interference level is referenced to the antenna connector (see definition in Clause 3) used for reception, like RCPI.
