    Description by mibdepot

This object determines if incoming Yellow Alarm
will cause an alarm message to be sent. Setting this
object to acYelAlmEnable(1) causes an alarm to be
sent when Yellow Alarm is received on the Network
or Terminal Interface. Setting this object to
acYelAlmDisable(2) will not send an alarm when
    Yellow Alarm is received.

    Parsed from file datasmartmax.mi9b.mib.txt
    Company: adc_kentrox
    Module: DSMAX-MIB

    Information by oid_info

Child arc 0 is used to translate between SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 notification parameters as explained in IETF RFC 2576, section 3.
