Specifies the estimated percent of flash memory currently in
use. The percentage is based on the portion of flash that is
designated for use by the user's database. The value is updated
on device startup, after a database archive, sync or download
from the SCT (offline mode); and by manual command (Update
Flash Usage). A value greater than 100% can affect system
reliability now or in future software releases. There are no
restrictions in place to prohibit use of flash over 100%.
