drop precedence. The relative drop
precedence may be used to determine
traffic precedence relative to other
traffic being processed by the device

A low value for the drop precedence equates
to the traffic receiving a higher priority
in terms of processing. In other words,
when congestion is encountered, packets
with a 'highDropPrec(2)' will be dropped
before packets with a 'lowDropPrec(1)'.
