Flag which may be used to disable process termination by
the vCfgTermProc variable. Setting this variable to enabled(1)
allows the vCfgTermProc variable to be set to true(1) to
terminate the subagent process. Setting this variable to
disabled(2) prevents the vCfgTermProc variable from being set.
