that may be sent. A value of zero disables trap throttling,
allowing all traps to be sent as they are generated. It
is recommended that this value and vCfgTrapTblSize be
tuned to each operational environment.

Configuration Variable: MaxTrapSec
Set-requests: Take effect immediately.

Changes to this value are written to the vCfgFile.
