This object is used to enable or disable CBR SVC usage data
counting when CBR Recording is enabled.
For Intra-network CBR SVCs, the switch will record CBR
usage data for the SVC if and only if the parameter is
set to intraenabled(3) and CBR Recording is enabled (at the
switch and logical port level).
This parameter will also support CBR usage data counting for
inter-network SVCs in the future.
The default value of this object is intraenabled(3).
