This object is used to enable or disable the recording of
FR CFR SVCs.
For Intra-network CFR SVCs, the switch will generate
usage data for the SVC if and only if the parameter is set
to intraenabled(3) and the corresponding logical port CFR
Recording parameter is set to enabled or study.
This parameter also support CFR recording for
inter-network SVCs in the future.
The default value of this object is intraenabled(3).
