The idle timeout interval, in seconds, for the
Ethernet interface. If the Ethernet interface
receives no valid IP traffic during this period,
the interface is marked as idle and will not be
used for outbound traffic. Receipt of a valid
IP frame restarts the idle timeout counter and
reactivates the interface, if idle.
Setting this value to 0 disables the idle timeout
mechanism. The default value is 60 seconds.
