Determines the state of the port's status trap.
When set to 'enable', every time the functional state of the voice channel
changes (i.e. up or down) the SNMP agent generates a trap and sends it to
the network management console.
The setting of this object is dynamic. When set to'enable' the SNMP agent
immediately begins to monitor the voice channel.
