activated on this AtmIf.
If the AtmIf is linked to a LogicalProcessor of cardType other than
3pE3Atm, 3pDS3Atm, 3pOC3MmAtm, 3pOC3SmAtm, 3pE1Atm,
3pDS1Atm, 2pJ6MAtm, the sum of (maxVccs + maxVpcs +1)
across all spared AtmIfs linked to that Lp must not exceed the
protectedConnectionPoolCapacity attribute of the Arc component.
The sum of (maxVpts * 3) across all spared AtmIfs and (maxVccs +
maxVpcs + (maxVpts * 3) + 1) across all unspared AtmIfs linked to
that Lp must not exceed connectionPoolCapacity attribute of the
Arc component. Note that 3 connections are used for every standard
Vpt and 2 for each basic Vpt. Vpts on a spared AtmIf are considered
unspared, their resources are allocated from
connectionPoolCapacity. If the Arc component doesn't exist, the
default value of the Arc connectionPoolCapacity and
protectedConnectionPoolCapacity attribute is used as the limit.
This attribute has been obsoleted and its value migrated to the
maxVpts attribute.
