Telnet 'trusted' address mask. See cpsmm100TntRIP.
This value can be used to exclude bit positions from
consideration when applying TntRIP (above) to a Telnet
connection request.
For each bit position in TntRIPMask that is a 1, the
corresponding bits in the TntRIP and the IP address of the
connecting client must be the same. If this is not true,
the connection attempt is ignored.
Note that the TntRIPMask differs from a true subnet
mask (which must have all '1' bits at the left and all '0'
bits at the right) in that it may use any bit pattern.
