unicast frames received on this switch interface. When a bit is set
in this bit map for a particular switch interface, unknown unicast
frames received are allowed to be forwarded to that switch interface.
When a bit in this map is not set, other Address Filter/Forward
mechanisms will determine if the frame is to be forwarded. Note that
the Big Endian format is used in the bit map representation. This
means that the most significant bit represents the 1st interface.
Default is 0xFC00. DURABLE.
