error in the configuration that is not a
datarate-density-conflict or bandwidth-allocation-error.
(6) The time between consecutive set requests exceeded the
timeout sent with the tfrapCfgLock command.
(7) The user sent a tfrapCfgUnlock command before a
tfrapCfgUpdate command. This usually means that one
of the sets in the configuration failed.
