This object identifies the type of ATM address that is
to be used as the default billing address for SVCs originating
on this logical port. The octet string comprising this
address is given by parameter atmacctLportSvcDefaultAddress.
Note: if the value of this parameter is useCPIaddress (5),
the switch will use the Calling Party Insertion address
(object svcConfigCgPtyInsertionAddress) defined for this
logical port as the default billing address. In this case,
the value of atmacctLportSvcDefaultAddress has no meaning,
and should be set to null.
