disabled = Usage measurement will not be performed for
SVC calls on this port.
originating = Usage data is generated only for calls that
originate on this port.
terminating = Usage data is generated only for calls that
terminate on this port.
enabled = Usage measurement will be performed at both
originating and terminating ends of all calls
on this port.
The default value of this object is enabled(4).
When set to a value other than disabled(1), unsuccessful ATM
SVC calls will be recorded according to the value of the
atmacctLportUnsuccSvcRecording object. Otherwise
unsuccessful calls will not be recorded.
