"Reading adminDateAndTime returns the current date
and time in use by the LANtern network monitor.
The LANtern network monitors date and time may be
adjusted at any time by writing to
adminDateAndTime. However, although the new value
is updated correctly as time advances, it does not
replace the previous value until the LANtern
network monitor is restarted.
adminDateAndTime is stored in the clock/calendar
chip."
