"A DisplayString defining the time zone of the
LANtern network monitor. adminTimeZone is neither
parsed nor used by the LANtern network monitor, it

to the UNIX System V time zone environment variable
(TZ). This standard approach would permit
interoperability with network management consoles
from multiple vendors.
