with tmnxDS1Framing set to 'esf' framing.
A 'fdlBellcore' requests loopback of type FDL Bellcore TR-TSY-000312.
This is valid with tmnxDS1Framing set to 'esf'.
A 'inbandAnsi' requests loopback of type inband ANSI T1.403. This is
