3pOC3SmAtm, 3pE1Atm, 3pDS1Atm, 2pJ6MAtm, the sum of
(maxVccs + maxVpcs + 1) across all AtmIf linked to that Lp must be
less than the totalConnectionPoolCapacity attribute of the Arc
component. If the Arc component doesn't exist, the default value of
totalConnectionPoolCapacity is used as the limit.
