mscAtmIftxCellMemory
View at oid-info.com
This attribute specifies the percentage of the Lp/x Eng Arc Aqm/0
txCellMemoryThreshold 0 attribute. This attribute only applies to
ATM IP FPs. It is ignored on all other card types.
For ATM IP FPs, the cell memory which is displayed in Lp/x Eng
Arc Aqm/0 txCellMemoryThreshold 0 is shared across all interfaces
for the card. This attribute allows the allocation of a specific
proportion of the transmit cell memory for the use of connections
under this AtmIf.
If the value of this attribute is specified as 100, connections under
this AtmIf may use up to 100% of the transmit cell memory. If this
attribute is specified as an amount less than 100, then only that
percentage of the transmit cell memory may be used by connections
under this AtmIf. By specifying values for this attribute under the
AtmIf's on a DS3, E3 or MSA32 card, you can limit the transmit
cell memory usage for each AtmIf. This is used to guarantee that all
cell traffic for an AtmIf will respect the cell loss priority (CLP) bit
settings regardless of the atmServiceCategory for the connection.
